On Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, the Manitoba nursing regulator issued censures against three nurses for professional misconduct. The regulator said the nurses accessed a medical record without permission, made inappropriate physical contact with students, and made false statements about the regulator on a podcast.
The regulator, which has authority to discipline nurses for breaches of professional standards, determined that each of these actions violated the province’s nursing standards.
