On September 25, 2026, Gordon Bell High School in Winnipeg unveiled a colorful double basketball court created by its students in partnership with the Winnipeg Sea Bears and the community group Buckets & Borders. The initiative is intended to foster community pride.
The court resulted from a collaborative effort among the high school, the professional basketball team and the community organization, combining their resources and input to bring the project to completion.
