Premier Wab Kinew announced that a report due next week will reveal evidence of misconduct and misappropriated funds tied to the renovation of the downtown Winnipeg police headquarters.

The report is scheduled for release during the week of October 19–25, 2026 and addresses a renovation project that has already attracted scrutiny.
