Winnipeg Police Service arrested three individuals on suspicion of possessing illicit drugs, weapons and cash following a traffic stop on Powers Street near Flora Avenue in the north end of the city. The stop occurred on October 2, 2026 at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Officers observed a compact sedan traveling northbound with a smashed windshield. The damaged windshield prompted the police to initiate the stop, which resulted in the arrests.
