On Thursday, Winnipeg Police Service announced the arrest of 123 individuals and the filing of 243 criminal charges as part of a proactive fall retail theft initiative aimed at shops across the city.
Among those detained were 15 repeat offenders. The operation targeted retail locations throughout Winnipeg’s shopping centres and businesses.
