The Massachusetts Nurses Association withdrew its notice of a strike on Saturday night, Oct. 10, after Brigham Hospital presented a last, best and final proposal that includes wage increases for all nurses.
Negotiators said the proposal marked important progress on the union’s priorities. The union will now vote on the offer rather than proceed with the walkout that had been set for Wednesday.
