A patient who took a Worcester ambulance without permission drove it to West Boylston, Massachusetts, where the vehicle collided, resulting in fatal injuries.
The crash occurred on November 1, 2026. Worcester Police Department, West Boylston Police Department and the district attorney's office are handling the investigation.
The patient was seriously injured in the collision and later died.
