A driver filed a 311 complaint claiming that an attendant in the McKinley School parking lot collected $60 in cash and later blocked the driver’s car along with at least five other vehicles.
The alleged actions took place on Friday, September 26, 2026, first around 5 p.m. and again at about 9 p.m., leading the driver to describe the incident as a fraudulent scheme.
The school’s parking area normally has an attendant who gathers fees, and after the vehicles were blocked a tow company was called to remove them.
