The Boston Licensing Board is set to decide on Oct. 29, 2026 whether to approve the transfer of Savin Bar + Kitchen and Ghostpepper Taqueria to veteran manager Brendan Griffin.
Current owners Driscoll DoCanto and Ken Osherow are seeking to sell the two Dorchester establishments. Griffin has indicated he will maintain the existing names, operations and hours.
Located at 112 Savin Hill Ave., the venues have been in business for 20 years. Authorization from the board is required for the sale to be completed.
