The state-run Massachusetts Health Connector announced on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026, that it will open a new enrollment window for individual health insurance coverage. The move comes as recent federal funding reductions are prompting the additional sign‑up period.
The Connector currently serves about 350,000 residents of Massachusetts. Many of those members are facing double‑digit premium increases and the loss of certain plan options.
Insurers such as Tufts Direct and Fallon Health are slated to offer coverage through the upcoming enrollment period.
