The site, located at 295 Waldemar Avenue in East Boston, sits on the edge of the Suffolk Downs redevelopment area and north of the Irving gas tank facilities. Joe Donovan, a representative for MG2 Development, confirmed the filing, and the Boston Planning Department will review the application.
