MG2 Development filed a proposal on October 16, 2026 to replace an existing car‑rental lot and billboard at 295 Waldemar Avenue with a new five‑story apartment building containing 35 residential units and 18 parking spaces. The Boston Planning Department received the plan, which was also noted by a spokesperson named Joe Donovan.
The site is located at the intersection of Waldemar Avenue and Route 1A, positioned between the ongoing Suffolk Downs redevelopment project and the Irving gas tanks to the north.
