The Academy at Penguin Hall, an all‑girls Catholic school in Boston, is being scheduled for another auction after the town placed a lien for unpaid taxes.

The school closed in 2025 and entered bankruptcy. Earlier attempts to sell the property were delayed, and a sale that had been arranged in September 2026 did not close.
