On September 27, a serious multi-vehicle collision on the northbound lanes of I-495 in Mansfield, Massachusetts injured three people who were taken to hospitals.
The incident involved three cars, with two of the vehicles ending up in the median. Firefighters rescued two occupants, who were transported to a Rhode Island hospital, while the third injured person was taken to Boston Medical Center South.
