A 13-year-old boy was shot in the arm early Sunday morning at about 2:30 a.m. on the 5200 block of South Winchester Avenue in Chicago's New City neighborhood. The youth walked himself to the University of Chicago Medical Center for treatment.
Chicago police are investigating the shooting, which took place in the early hours of Sunday.
