360 Chicago announced plans to launch a private event venue called Elevaire Chicago on the 96th floor of the former John Hancock Center. Bookings are set to begin in early 2027 with the venue slated to open in 2028.
The venue will occupy roughly 14,000 square feet and will offer lake and skyline views as part of the building’s conversion into a high‑rise event space.
