Lime cautioned that extending Divvy's contract with Lyft could limit competition and effectively create a monopoly as the bike‑share program prepares to add thousands of bikes and scooters citywide.

The expansion would cover neighborhoods from Rogers Park to South Shore, and Lime says the contract extension would arbitrarily restrict competition across those areas.
