A 26-year-old man was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds inside a residence on the 3600 block of West 5th Avenue in Chicago’s Garfield Park neighborhood early Saturday. Police arrived at approximately 1:36 a.m. and later confirmed the victim had died.
The Chicago Police Department, in coordination with Cook County officials, is investigating the fatal shooting.
