A gunman entered a 7‑Eleven at the intersection of Adams Street and Wabash Avenue in Chicago’s Loop district shortly after 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 26 and shot two men following a brief altercation. Police detectives are now searching for the unidentified shooter.
The two victims were male, aged 26 and 23. Lou D., the manager of Princess Nails, was present at the store when the incident occurred.
The shooting has prompted a police investigation in the downtown area as officers work to locate the suspect.
