Illinois State Police said two men were taken into custody and charged after two road‑rage shootings on the Eisenhower Expressway near Central Avenue on Thursday.
The first shooting occurred at about 10:37 a.m.; the second happened hours later. The suspects identified are a 33‑year‑old and a 45‑year‑old.
Both incidents were described as apparent road‑rage events.
