A Montreal police officer assigned to Station 39 is alleged to have deleted video evidence of domestic violence that a survivor submitted to police in 2025.
The survivor provided the recording from her phone as proof of the abuse, but the officer is said to have removed the footage from the evidence chain.
Radio-Canada reported the allegation that the officer erased the video after it was handed over to investigators.
