On Oct. 15, the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) arrested seven individuals – five men and two women aged 17 to 34 – in connection with attempted break‑ins at a residence in the Sud‑Ouest neighbourhood. The arrests were carried out in both Montreal and Longueuil.
The home in Sud‑Ouest has been the target of several break‑in attempts earlier in 2026.
