The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office announced the creation of an Election Protection Task Force to oversee polling places on Election Day, November 3, 2026.
The task force will work alongside a Department of Justice initiative that will place election monitors in Philadelphia and Lehigh County as part of the broader effort to safeguard the 2026 midterm elections.
Its purpose is to help protect the voting process in the city on the day of the election.
