Police announced that two teenagers were charged after knocking on front doors in a residential area late at night while wearing masks and full tactical gear on Monday, Oct. 12.
The Philadelphia Police Department said the teens entered the neighborhood after dark, approached doors in the described attire as part of a prank, and were subsequently arrested and charged.
