Blue Origin announced plans to open a new manufacturing project in Des Moines, Washington. The site will include laboratory, development and light production spaces and the announcement was made on 31 October 2026.
The project expands the private space company's operations in King County, adding research and limited manufacturing activities to its Seattle‑area presence.
