A 62-year-old woman was taken into custody and charged by the Ontario Provincial Police after a pedestrian was killed in a collision in the town of Mono, Ontario, on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, at approximately 12:13 p.m. EDT.

Mono is a small community situated about 60 kilometres northwest of Toronto. No additional details have been released.
