Police arrested two suspects on Friday morning after they attempted armored‑car robberies at a Navy Federal Credit Union in Laurel, a Safeway in the Bowie Town Center, and a McDonald’s in Crofton.

During the pursuit, one of the suspects was struck by his own getaway vehicle.

Officers also recovered dozens of rolled coins at the locations where the attempts occurred.
