On October 6, 2026, three artists conducted a funeral ceremony for the floating art installation called the “Inconvenience Store” in Toronto harbour. The piece, which had been a familiar sight on the water for several years, was being retired.
Rashad Maharaj, Trevor Wheatley and Brandon Wong led the ceremony, marking the end of the installation’s presence in the harbour.
