Scarborough Busway to Open, Replacing Defunct Line 3

The Toronto Transit Commission said the new Scarborough busway will open soon, taking over service previously provided by the discontinued Line 3 route in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario.

CBC reporter Mercedes Gaztambide noted that the dedicated busway was built after Line 3 was discontinued to preserve transit service along the corridor.
