CBC Toronto’s "Toronto Speaks" series conducted a neighbourhood interview in downtown Toronto on October 7, 2026. Interviewer Alejandrina Alvarez asked local residents which issues mattered most to their community, and the responses highlighted homelessness, housing affordability and transit as the primary concerns.
The series aims to capture resident perspectives on city challenges across various neighbourhoods.
