Toronto Police Service announced that two individuals were killed before their vehicles were set on fire, with the bodies discovered in separate burning cars at opposite ends of the city earlier this week.
The two incidents occurred in different neighbourhoods and are being investigated as homicides. Police say the victims were targeted and killed prior to the vehicle fires.
